A few good fighters

What makes a good fighter?
This is a question often asked by those who stand at the side lines, watching and wondering, how can these people subject themselves to this ...'sport'?
The short answer is passion; a good fighter is absolutely passionate. Without it, there is no future for that man or woman in this sport. Some may argue that it takes brains over strength, or that ground technique is better, or a well placed punch or knee; we could argue this forever.
However, as fighters, our fighters know what it is to work, to train, to sweat, and to bleed.
It takes a lot of drive to bring your battered body into one more training session day after day. They have that motivation, drive, and passion.
Our team's roster is assembled of those individuals who have shown the passionate driven motivation to train and condition to become the best fighter possible.
The sport of MMA is not an easy one, and our members understand the intensity needed to win. |

That hasn't made it any softer. Kickboxers train to be hard as locomotives with twice the steam. Harder, stronger, faster is the motto for our fighters. |

Mixed Martial artists train to be good all around fighters. They have to be capable upon their feet, and off the feet, usually using back muscles in ways that make Ballet Dancers cringe.

Kickboxing as a sport has raged for decades, and thanks to modern media has reached new heights in popularity.
